“I was extremely pleased with River City Roofing. I was referred by a friend so I called and they sent someone out within a couple days to look at my roof, take measurements, and discussed a few changes I needed. A few days after that, I got a call from the owner, giving me a price and once again discussing what was included. Next, they brought out the contract for me to sign as well as roofing samples, so I could choose the color. I mainly dealt with the job superintendent who has been with them for more than 30 years. He was at my house every minute the job was being done. They found one small area of rotten wood that had to be replaced, but that didn't seem to slow them down at all. That would have been an opportunity for them to price gouge me, but they did not. They quickly made the repair and it did not affect the price. How great was that!!! The weather was perfect so they were able to work long hours the first day and complete the job the second. I was so impressed with their work crew. I have not found even one nail or roofing tack since they left. The owners, Bill and Sue, are so pleasant and easy to work with. This was not covered by Insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, but I was satisfied that it was a great price.”
