Got an estimate from Scott with HUDCO to repair a roof leak around the vent pipes of our tankless water heater on a Friday. He followed up with a text on Sunday, and I gave him the approval to do the repair. Scott told me that they would be able to repair our roof later in the week. However, Monday morning I get a call from Scott saying that he can have someone come out on Monday morning. I was out of town, but my wife was home so I told him please get it done. I contacted Hudco yesterday morning about a potential leak that I had & within an hour their rep (Scott B) called me & scheduled a visit to my house for his inspection. After his inspection found a pinhole leak that I personally would have never found & then had his technician scheduled to come make the repair yesterday afternoon. So, extremely responsive & awesome customer service, quality work & price & would highly recommend Hudco for anyone needing roofing work!!!!
I am extremely happy with the entire experience with Hudco Roofing, Scott B. was great in answering my questions, providing relevant information, and really just seemed to go out of his way too help.
