My vehicle recently broke down and I called Auto Tech and they had their wrecker driver to me in 15 minutes, he towed my vehicle to their shop and the service manger had one of his mechanics take a look and was able to diagnose my issue in less than an hour. I then spent an hour on the phone with my extended warranty company and thanks to the owner and the helpful ladies up front, they were able to get my repairs approved and completed before the end of the day and my only out of pocket expense was my deductible. If you're needing repairs or maintenance on your vehicle Auto Tech is the place I would recommend bringing it to. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make your time there pleasant.

However, PETE FERRINGTON himself came to the rescue! The problem was so horrific - but he was able to eliminate the problem (after two treatments because I cleaned up everything). ?. So if you live in Alexandria or Pineville call them! The best.Service: Cockroach extermination

I just stopped in on a whim because I’d been having issues with my glasses I bought online. Alexis helped me pick out a flattering pair of glasses and explained about lenses (I am new to glasses so she really went in depth about my prescription) and she answered all of my questions patiently and very courteously, unlike service I received elsewhere. She quoted me the price and made sure my insurance would cover most of it. She was so nice and professional the entire time and she really made this purchase so much more than just a transaction. I would definitely recommend this shop and Alexis and Charla who helped me over the phone. They are both amazing women who helped me so very much! My glasses were a great price and I got top of the line lenses as well. Hopefully they will be in before the week that was estimated because I’m so excited to get them! Thank you ladies!!!

By doing so, he's able to provide a safe living environment for those that do NOT own a home yet and for that, I, myself am grateful. The office was very neat and clean. The staff (included his mother) was very polite and heart-warming. They made me feel at home while I filled out my application and lease agreement. Five stars from me!!!!

I’m was in town for military training and needed a hair cut. However, I’m very particular about my cut. I took a risk and called and spoke with the owner of the shop. He was very professional and helpful and also took me as a walk in. The shop was really clean and took covid very serious which I appreciated. I forgot the guy that cut my hair (it’s only two of them) but man!!! When I tell you that was one of the best cuts I ever received!! I got several compliments on it and for me it wasn’t even about the cut. The barber and the owner seemed very genuine and welcoming. They have rules about how clients and barbers should act and they actually enforce them. I was the last cut and I noticed the owner closing down the shop and he kneeled down to pray over it. I just like stuff like this. Black hard working professional men work there and I just wanted to say thanks and I hope you guys go far.
Have been going here for a while now. Charlie cuts my hair the way that I like and we have a pleasant conversation while she cuts it. For me, being an older guy, this is a great barbershop and Charlie is an excellent barber.

Always a great experience, had to get my nails done in Farmerville a month ago last minute and it was a horrible job. Got home went to Hawaiian Nails and bam they were done right in half of the time and half of the price.

Thank you for taking my Daisy in for an appointment. We are full time RVers and it’s not always easy finding a vet in an unknown place. Dr.Lauren Oray was wonderful. Our Daisy suddenly fell ill and Dr.Oray ran the tests we needed to determine what was causing her illness. No pressure to continue with more extensive testing. Daisy came home and lived her best life until crossing over the bridge in just two weeks. I was given time to spend with Daisy and even the support help was crying. Thank you for giving Daisy and me the love and comfort we needed.
