While the employees are very cordial, the service is absolutely terrible. I have now had 3 different upper dentures. The first one was so off center so bad it had to be remade. The second one was not much better so they had a third set made. This set looks good but the fit is awful. Now it gets unreasonable. I am wearing my second set while I wait for the third set to be fixed. I was told the denture would be ready Thursday 9/29 Well today is Monday 10/3. I started calling @ 8:00 am and couldn't get an answer till 8:15 am. It's now noon and no response.
