Care Eleven Primary

I received a Patient Care summary for my son via email about a “visit.” I called the office because he has not been there in a while. I was told that the insurance asked them to a phone visit and that although it wasn’t a visit they had to send a record. I wasn’t billed, but this is logged like a true in office visit, listing his medications, last labs, assessment plan, procedures, allergies, reason for the visit, etc. This is fraudulent. I called and spoke to the office manager twice and asked that the owner reach out to me. It has been a month and I’ve received nothing. I will be filing a report with our insurance. I advise anyone to not go there because who know how often they do this.

In the past they have been my go to urgent care. But after the last two weeks,I'm not so sure. The receptionist are horrible and uncaring. I'm sicker because of them . Long story. The second doctor I saw finally did something. If I had her the first time I might not still be sick.

Easy to get appointment, accommodating & professional staff.

I came in on a Monday morning sick. They took care of me quickly, efficiently, and very caringly.

From the smiling face at the front desk to the provider in the back I give 5 stars. The staff was very professional and courteous. The wait time wasn't long at all. I will recommend urgent care eleven to all my family and friends. Thanks for going above and beyond to make my son comfortable

Staff and Doctors wonderful

I arrived about 27 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. Nobody was in the lobby. However the nurse practitioner Saki turned me away. Mind you this place is called urgent care. I desperately needed urgent care because just a few min before I arrived I cracked my back teeth. I was in excruciating pain! It would've took her any about 5 minutes to see me considering no one other patients was in the clinic. That was very inconsiderate of her!

The Provider was very helpful, caring. Staff was friendly.

So after not being seen for whatever reason at broad st . I was sent to this urgent care. There were 3 people in the lobby at 2 pm and after explaining everything that just happened at the previous urgent care I was told they are no longer taking patients for the rest of the day. At 2:00pmI get everyone wants to leave on a Saturday but in one stroke these places have ruined my day , forced me to now get written up because I just needed a doctors note and not one person was in a good mood.
