I was told they do specialty nail style. When I got there the lady said it wouldn’t work on real nails. Got a regular manicure and my skin was cut twice. Had to get my nails done again in three days because polish was horrible. Never again.

Had an appointment and I didn't have a wait..My mani pedi was about an hour and 15 min..I felt like my pedi was rushed and my gel polish wasn't to the sides of my nail..and it was puddled to the edges..I expected a better outcome as I've been a loyal customer over 12 years now.

I came in for a pedicure and the man who did mine was so rude! Everything I asked or said to him annoyed him. He didn’t want to make the water hotter, he told me No when I asked to see how a color looked before he painted all of my toes the color. He barely scrubbed them then insisted they just needed oil when I showed him the spots he missed. I had paint on my skin around my toes when I left because he was in such a rush. There were only two other customers in the salon.
