Just left Windsor Court Day Spa with my best friend for her birthday and I don’t know where to start. The spa and amenities are welcoming, 5 star. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were accomdated. Brennan, the Spa Director is the very best as well as her team. Lilly, the masseuse, and Kelly the nail technician. If you are in the area and you need a relaxing day, best place to spend your time. You will be well taken care of. Thank you so much.
As a local, this is the best spa in the city. The amenities and surroundings are luxurious but the service is the real draw. Everyone is kind and professional and very accommodating. The ladies at the front desk set a very calming and welcoming tone. Kellie did my pedicure this visit and it was a wonderful experience and really fun conversation. I love how my toes look and my feet feel soooooo good. I will definitely be returning for another service with her. Thanks again for another great visit.
Service, service, service!!!! My stay was so memorable based on each and every person that works at this hotel. If you are an Amex member book through them. They deliver on all the amenities including room upgrade. The hotel itself is a little dated and worn on furnishings but they make up for it with their people, food and top notch service. The rooms are clean, turn down service was 5 star. Room service was quick and pleasant. All and all i would return here. Thank you.
