My first experience at Float Nola was superior. The space and atmosphere is beautifully designed and everything feels so relaxing. The sauna is like a sweat tent on a room so you have the room all to yourself and you get to lay down during your time in the sauna. The cold plunge tub shares a room with your sauna bed. I appreciated the running water of the cold plunge tub while I was in the sauna. They provide everything you need to go from one room/session to the other. I left the sauna/cold plunge and went straight into my float session. The float tub is also a private room with a shower for rinsing before and washing after. There are towels, robes, soaps, earplugs, etc. they have gone above and beyond to think of all the things you may need during your time there. I’m recovering from a painful lower back injury and this was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Friendly, welcoming staff.

I have received several services here from Lydia, including a facial, reflexology, cupping massage, and more.

Lydia is a true professional who knows what she is doing and can talk you through it so you are at ease and feel knowledgeable about what is going on in your body and why she is targeting it.

She truly curates a calming, healing environment.

If you have the chance to book with her, I strongly recommend it. 5 out of 5. Will definitely book again.
