We had an absolutely incredible experience at Float NOLA! We decided to go because our flight landed at 5 a.m., and the hotel wasn’t ready until the afternoon—so it was the perfect way to relax and reset. I treated myself and a friend to a massage, a facial, and reflexology, and each service was pure magic. The atmosphere was so calming, and Lydia and Cecil were incredibly attentive. Lydia correctly assessed my skin and used the best products for me. Went to Float for a massage! Also purchased a facial coupon, so will edit this review later whenever I end up getting that. 😁

For the massage: Lydia was AMAZING. Super friendly, sweet, professional, and really worked all my knots and soreness. I was so relaxed I practically fell asleep. 11/10 would recommend.

Man at the desk was a bit… confusing (?), but nothing too terrible. He just wasn’t particularly welcoming/helpful until I made it clear I had an appointment. Like, I walked in and he didn’t greet me or ask if I had an appointment or anything. 😅
