I just received the most incredible 90 minute massage from Lydia, and I am so excited to have found a great massage therapist in the city. Not only did she focus on a should pain problem I've been having but she worked out tension in other areas I didn't even know where there. I can't wait to come back and try the Sauna and float next.

My first experience at Float Nola was superior. The space and atmosphere is beautifully designed and everything feels so relaxing. The sauna is like a sweat tent on a room so you have the room all to yourself and you get to lay down during your time in the sauna. The cold plunge tub shares a room with your sauna bed. I appreciated the running water of the cold plunge tub while I was in the sauna. They provide everything you need to go from one room/session to the other. I left the sauna/cold plunge and went straight into my float session. The float tub is also a private room with a shower for rinsing before and washing after. There are towels, robes, soaps, earplugs, etc. they have gone above and beyond to think of all the things you may need during your time there. I’m recovering from a painful lower back injury and this was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!
