Fabulous massage from Rhonda! I love a deep tissue massage that really addresses sore spots, and Rhonda knew just where to focus. I floated out of the treatment room in happiness.
The spa itself is lovely. I visited with several family members and my mother-in-law (we were celebrating her birthday), and the staff made us feel so welcome, and they treated my MIL like royalty.

My most recent service was a facial with Alyssa was fantastic, she was super thoughtful and balanced a gentle touch with a firm scalp massage & hand massage-very relaxing. My skin glowed!

An opinion from a local-
I’ve had a particularly stressful few months. It’s been a painful, uphill battle to keep everything together. And now I’m on the other side of the chaos. Things are under control. So, I decided to treat myself to a massage and facial at the Roosevelt. And let me just say, I made the right choice.
I was greeted by Shannon, who was incredibly kind and immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect afternoon. She greeted me warmly, and showed me around the spa without the condescension that can be so common in upscale spas. She also makes a fantastic mimosa.
Alyssa did my facial. Y’all, my skin is GLOWING. First of all, she’s bubbly and sweet and I immediately felt comfortable in her hands. Second, she did an amazing job. My skin feels amazing, with none of the severe redness or pain I’ve come to associate with a facial. Even the extractions were gentle.
Rhonda did my massage. I think the best way I can describe how well she did is this: I suffer from chronic pain, and I didn’t realize quite how much pain I was in until she made it all go away. The absence of pain is a rare thing for me and I can’t thank her enough for what a wonderful job she did. I highly recommend the dry brushing as well.
To me, the best hallmark of good service is when the people make you feel comfortable and welcome regardless of who you are. There’s no tense enforcement of some unwritten rule you don’t know because you’ve never been.
The ladies today gave excellent service.
I will definitely be returning. Yes, it’s pricey. It’s also worth every penny.

I had a full body massage by Rhonda on February 28th. It was a wonderful experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I stepped foot in the spa. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appt time but was able to get ready and relax before my massage. The waiting room was very nice, and I was offered beverages while I waited. Rhonda was amazing, I felt comfortable and confident with her skills. She really worked out knots without it being painful. I immediately felt better, and continued to feel more relaxed. I will recommend her and the spa to others and will return.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm writing with extra special thanks to Caroline at the spa front desk and the manager (I did not get her name) who went way beyond to make me feel like a princess during my stay at the Roosevelt. The spa itself was pretty and had a cool vibe, I loved the champagne before the treatment. My massage was great too. But it was Caroline and the manager who made my Roosevelt stay something I will never forget. Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa in New Orleans. The spa itself is beautiful, elegant, and very relaxing, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish.
I booked a Vitality massage with Janee and a Platinum HydraFacial with Alyssa, and both services were excellent. They were attentive to the areas I needed treated and made sure I was comfortable throughout each service.
Overall, it was a peaceful and luxurious experience, and I truly appreciate the care from everyone at the spa. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.
