Brian determined my laptop problem promptly while I waited. The replacement part arrived within days and he repaired it just as promptly as he determined the problem! Clearly, he is very knowledgeable and technically skilled. Later that day he walked me through an internet connectivity problem over the phone. His customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services.

Just Brilliant! The news was bad and my computer was terminal, but he gave me the news strait. He could have easily talked me into making the needed repairs but instead explained exactly why this would have been throwing good after bad. I explained what I used my computer for and he suggested a more robust alternative. The cost for his advice was modest and well worth every penny.

Had a great experience! My laptop stopped charging and I was ready to buy a new one. I couldn’t wait around for days and thought I’d give a repair shop a shot as a last resort. The Computer Geeks were able to repair it in two hours for $75 (very affordable). Brian is super knowledgeable, friendly, and local. Highly highly recommend. I was able to resume work normally.
