The worst experience ever for a supposed appliance repair provider. “Repair engineer” was incapable of fixing the issue with two opportunities to do so. Will never buy a service contract ever again if they use this business to represent them.

Then they continue to text asking more questions as if I should dismantle the stove's exhaust hood. I was told my picture wasn't good enough then they asked for a receipt for something that was already in the home when we arrived. Repeatedly asking and texting the same questions! I'm actually disgusted because I can't see how a diagnosis is done by texting. My home warranty just replaced my Central AC and HEATING System with outside FAN unit, so I can stand on payment NOT BEING A PROBLEM!! I don't want them at my house at all!!

We scheduled a time for the engineer to meet and he was on time and professional. Fixed my phone within 15 min outside of my home. I’ll never go to a store front again. Highly highly recommended.
