The Tesla Service Center offers efficient and helpful service to its customers. Visitors find the facility's ambiance very comfortable and relaxing, making the experience feel less like a typical service department. Customers appreciate the easy drop-off and delivery process, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff who make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The service center also provides amenities such as coffee, adding to the welcoming environment. In one case, a customer brought in their Model X for a repair and, while waiting, explored the nearby French Quarter. Within a few hours, they received a notification that the vehicle was ready for pickup, already on a charger. The staff was efficient, friendly, and attentive, completing the work with great care. The process was conveniently managed through the Tesla app, making it an overall excellent service visit. The team, including Tianna and Mike, are recognized for going above and beyond to provide top-quality service, making this one of the best Tesla Service Centers experienced in recent years.

I brought my Model 3 in for a steering assist issue that had been causing me a lot of concern, and from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. Amber, the Service Manager, and Robert, the Senior Service Advisor, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle and what the next steps would be.

Easy drop off and delivery. Very helpful staff. Love the facility ambiance. Very comfortable and relaxing. Not like your typical service departments at other type servo\ice departments.
I had a great experience at the Tesla Service Center in New Orleans! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress free. I’m impressed with the level of service and will definitely be back for future maintenance!
