I purchased the bundles a week ago. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I can't lie the customer service was top tier, the lady was so nice. The hair is very soft and pretty, however I don't think this hair is 100% human hair as it has been curled several times since being installed, but it will not hold any curls at all. I have been buying bundles for many years and I have never had an issue with the hair not staying curled, also I noticed that there were many different strands of hair that is similar to synthetic hair. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service and the hair is pretty, and also, I do realize that business can't control what their vendor sends them, so I get it, but I like my hair curly. Oh, and the hair was a very decent price. I just had the install done Saturday, so I'll monitor the hair for shedding and tangling.

Quan is an awesome stylist and Ms Mary is so very informative and real. I've been so pleased and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Quan is very punctual and respectful of his patrons time.

Hands down, the best customer service in town. I have purchased several times online and in person. I have been able to install and re-install the hair at least 3-4 times, no shedding. I try my best to complement the people that work in the store each time I go because they are amazing. I have tried others but have had the experiences here.
