This review is long over due. Devin helped us renovate our Victorian home uptown. He finished on time during Covid constraints which was a miracle. He was able to match and patch the woods floors in our house in damaged areas. He fixed a structural wall, moved transoms to open kitchen / laundry seamlessly, and converted out third floor into usable space. He added a closet and it looks like it was part of the original floor plan. It has been five years now since his work and I can say it has held up. It was a smooth process from start to finish.
I can’t say enough good things about Devon and his work. I’ve known him for 15 years, and over that time he has built my garage, completed a 600-square-foot addition, and most recently renovated my bathroom—which turned out beautifully. His attention to detail is exceptional, and his communication throughout each project was consistently clear, timely, and professional. He takes real pride in his work, and it shows in every aspect of the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Devon to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor who truly delivers quality results.
Every once in a while you find a contractor that does what they say they will do. Mr Sweeney is such a contractor. Job was done on schedule, price was as quoted, workers were respectful of my home and follow up was prompt and courteous.
