After paying $80.00 in Mid City for a horrible haircut I walked into Supercuts on a Sunday morning to see if it could be "fixed". Kourtney listened to me and exceeded my expectations. She did an awesome job! No, I didn't get a wash and blow-out, but for under $30 I received a haircut that I LOVE. I will be going back and would recommend her to anyone.

Been to supercuts a few times in Metairie. It was decent but this one in Carrollton is something else. Twice I've been and twice I've had a bad experience. The first time, I arrived at least a good hour before they closed but was told by one of the staff that they were no longer accepting customers for the day despite the fact that there was nobody in the store.The second time I went in, I asked one of the female barbers to give me a bald fade. She said to me "That looks like a barber haircut. You should go to the barber".... Aren't these supposed to be trained barbers? If they can't even do a basic fade, what are they there for?Would not recommend

I got a new hair cut with Shantey and I am so happy! I had long hair that was a little damaged, and decided to go for a layered cut that would allow my hair to remain long and full, while still bringing some style into it. Shantey looked at the pictures I brought with me and understood my idea completely.Once my hair was dry, my long hair and layers bounced back so beautifully I couldn't believe it!Shantey is truly gifted. She's not trying to up-sell products or services that you don't want, and will listen to -your- needs and wants.
