    I recently went through the LERAP and eviction process after a very tough year that almost left me without a roof over my head. I brought in all documentation to the office and explained my situation. Before leaving I met with a paralegal who had me sign to put a lawyer on retainer for my case and then they directed me to the LERAP office in the same building to fill paperwork out with them. I was contacted in the same week and went over with my first appointed attorney Lauren Hall and she answered all questions and let me know what to expect in eviction court.     Cause of them not doing they jobs in time i lost my niece to the SYSTEM after going to them since August of 2022 to get help but a week ago they took her from me and now they want to send me all these Apologies after the damage is done. Then i asked them for a log in sheet to show the courts that i tried to get legal help an that i did not kidnap my niece and they can't even much do that for me considering its their fault.
