This place is unbelievably incompetent! It is demanding that I pay a bill that belongs to someone else. How? Because it is laboring under the illusion that it can dictate who is a part of my firm. Do not hire this company. Read its reviews and Google profile. It is a universal fact that it sucks.
I have been using Magna Legal Services for many years. The only time I have not used them is because a client has a contract with another company, but other than that, Magna is my go to court reporting company. I use Magna Legal Services for trials, depositions, translation services, videography and now, due to the COVID Pandemic, I also use their virtual services. I have never been let down or disappointed with any jobs booked through Magna. Their schedulers are friendly and very accommodating. Magna’s customer service is impeccable.
I use Magna for multiple services & I am always impressed! We had multiple depositions scheduled and needed several interpreters of different languages for our witnesses, and of course, on short notice. Magna came through with flying colors. They were flexible and able to also handle the many schedule changes as well.
