“I was in the process of selling my home, and my home inspection indicated that I had a couple of issues, I was notified on Sunday afternoon the day before Memorial Day and I call shifflett roofing who transferred me to Vincent, he was the best, was very professional and new his trade very well and gave me peace of mind of dealing with these issues on my roof and I had to get the issues handled within 72 hrs. To my surprise he came out on the same day on a Sunday the day before Memorial Day and was fishing with his family told me that he would come out around 7:30 pm that evening arrived on time and inspected the roof and confidently stated that he dealt with a lot of home inspections and would get me and estimate on the same evening and do the work on within 48hrs so I would abide by my 72hr period. This was the best service ever and Vincent is the one to call at shifflett roofing if you want a great job with the best customer service and great pricing. Vincent is an asset to Shifflett roofing and very personable made my whole process easy. He handles everything. Definitely a 5 star rating !!!!!!!!“

“Found this company via recommendation on a local message board and did not disappoint. They are part of a renovation company so the salesman appeared much more informed and examined what I had, suggested maybe better layouts and explained reasoning versus the other salesman who just wanted to know what I wanted to replace so he could measure and give price. People from the salesman to the workers were all very friendly and professional, work was top tier, prices were really good and my house now looks amazing with the new black gutters and new white fascia replacing cheap and poorly installed old fascia. “I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. After a Google search, I came across Brennan’s roofing. I called & spoke with Melanie. I explained what I needed & she was able to schedule someone to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday I believe). Dale came out & did my inspection & provided a report the same day.Dale did find some areas of concern that needed repair & an estimate was provided with my report. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs & Melanie scheduled someone to come out & do my repairs the following Monday (I believe I spoke to her on that Wednesday/Thursday).The guys that came out were prompt and did great work. I even went on the roof while they were working & they didn’t have an issue with that. I explained I climb roofs for a living & hadn’t been on my own roof. We chatted for a bit & then I got down. They were very nice & managed their time on my repair job. After the job was done Melanie texted me photos showing the work was done & I called to make payment by card.As a first time homeowner, my experience was pleasant & I recommend Brennan’s to anyone needing a roofer in New Orleans East.I definitely plan on using Brennan’s for my roof replacement when that time comes.“
