This review is from wayyyy back in 1994 when I went to Sadies to get my hair braided. They did a great job & I am glad they are still open! I think they are the oldest running hair salon in New Orleans! They deserve a historic plaque!

I'm not from here and was fortunate enough to meet a stylist from this salon when I was out one night in NOLA. She was rockin beautiful pink hair and I'm into fantasy color too. That's how I found out she's a pro! Finding a stylist that loooovvvves to play with color too was exciting and I'm really glad I made an appt with her. She was very reasonably priced, accommodating, a great listener and very sweet. Ask for Destine. I'm pretty sure her grandmom owns the shop. It's not fancy but it's just right! :)
