My family & I are evacuees from Lake Charles, La due to two Hurricanes, Laura & Delta. I brought my fiance & son to get a hair cut from Mr Larry & he did a wonderful job...Plus he makes you feel like you're family.

I was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras 2018 and was looking for a spot that can sincerely cut hair. After googling all of the shops in the bourbon and canal area the most authentic place I could find was The HotSpot. Guy name â€œSilk The Barberâ€ is who cut my hair. He cut my hair shorter than I wanted but the overall cut was great. When I got back to the Hotel my wife really liked it. I would recommend it to my friends and family. ( BTW ALL THE BARBERS CAN CUT THERE SO ANYONE YOU GET WILL GET YOU RIGHT)

I was visiting New Orleans to film a tv show and needed a good haircut. Did a Google search and found hotshot. The Shop was clean and had the neighborhood Barbershop vibe. The owner cut my hair and did a awesome Job. Great barbershop!ðŸ‘ ðŸ‘

The Hot Spot Barber and Beauty Salon was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by Larry Francois.After purchasing the building it opened up its doors to customers in 2000. With the first location being centrally located in Central City/Uptown The Shop grew in popularity. After attending several hair and beauty conventions the owner took note that other barbers and stylists had heard of or seen commercials of his shop thus giving it the “world famous” nickname. That name was confirmed when Tyler Perry and the late Luther Vandross came in for haircuts.
