The crews that came out were always punctual and hard working. From the front office to the technicians in the field everyone I spoke were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have received numerous compliments about how well the house looks after the elevation. We are very pleased with the workmanship that we received from Roubion. We had two incidents arise during the project. I called Roubion and they arrived on sight within 4 hours and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. The finish product exceeded my expectations . I highly recommend Roubion Shoring .

They were gonna be done with my house this month but nope they said they were going to be out there by Monday or Tuesday but they didn't show up and they haven't been working on our house for 3 weeks cause they are working on another 2 houses behind me that we're getting ready to be worked on after ours but nope they said Don't call us again I am so upset about that now our house is just sitting there not completed

I hired Roubion Shoring to correct a problem I was having with a large added on room attached to my house. The slab of this room is newer and way too thin. 4" with no rebar for reenforcement. I know nothing about the shoring process. I got 3 bids from 3 different companies who were going to do the job 3 different ways. The Roubion name is truly why I chose them. In business for over 150 years and the Company is still run and owned by a Roubion. The Lifetime Warranty actually has worth. A warranty is no good if the issuer is no longer around!!
