Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived to our house within the estimated timeframe and got our main line cleared so we could use our toilets and showers. 5 Stars!!!!
Jonathan C. 6810 is awesome. Had another technician come yesterday to remove garbage disposal and replumb and there was still a leak that began two hours later. Jonathan came today and took the time for a thorough assessment and replaced and fixed everything and from looking at his work and use of way better parts it showed me how much he cares about his work. I would only have Jonathan service my plumbing needs from roto rooter. Excellent work and excellent work ethic.
Aaron was very respectful and very patient to explain to me and my mom the service he provided and I loved the fact that his supervisor Kevin and another employee Christian came along with the camera to go down the drain and see what the issue is😇 like I told Aaron I would give him 6 stars if it was possible 😁
