Start of by going in because they have a deal of 20$ refill I go in and get sat down everything okay i think I’m going to get a refill for 20$ great uhh no they charge for every little thing to take gel of my nail is 5$ to cut down my nail is 5$ so I was charged 30$ for a refill when I could paid that for a full set,I don’t recommend u can go to the nail salon right across the street and get way better service and cheeper,false advertising!!!

I went to Regal nails inside of Walmart in Harahan, LA that was a terrible experience. It began ok but went downhill like a boulder going down a hill. The nail colors were old and nasty looking. Then the technician tried to up charge me for using my card. Oh it gets better after a week of having the nails on they started to lift. I then discovered a fungus. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go to this place!

Be careful this place messed up my eye brows left it shorter than the other and the employee there had the guts to say it looks pretty after she messed it up don’t pay to ruin your eye brows !

They seem really sweet and nice. A bit pricy and they had no problem fixing their mistake free of charge. I love my nails and got in and out pretty quickly. I will be coming back on the special days so I can get my pedi experience. Overall not bad for my first try. Thank you guys for your service.

This review is for Regsl Nails Walmart Harahan. I would not recommend this salon solely on the quality of service I've received, n9t once but twice. The first time I paid to get a pedi and manicure. If I have to constantly tell you what to do. "Why am I paying you"? Sorry but 8f you 0sid more attention to your job as supposed to talking and laughing about people outside as well as in your shop. I think I may have been just a Lil more pleased with the level of service I received as a paying, (would have tipped more) customers. One year later. I was gifted a 50.00 certificate from this Salon. Unfortunately I couldn't transfer the certificate because they are franchised and other owners wouldn't honor it. "Okay, let me give them another shot" I was greeted as usual, but professional. Mind you I'm the only customer in the shop at this time.... Here I got again If I tell you exactly what I want, I can afford it outside of the certificate. Next if I have to tell you constantly how to do my feet, redo that polish on my nails...clean that up around my nails....why am I paying you. I do my own feet and nails but I love to treat myself and get them done professionally at least once a month. This is not the place....I love you all have relationships with the Walmart workers, but spend time with your customers 1st and stop talking about Walmart Customers.... needless to say. The very next day, my French tips were no more. Everyone knows how I feel now. This is not considered a gift for me. Good thing I have my own polish, now I've got to redo my nails! I hope it works out better for the next customers. Have a blessed New Year!
