Shane is an incredible person and hard worker. Great team of polishing, restoration and refinishing pros; but like in every business it can be difficult to keep a great staff of metal restoration and Brass polishing professionals. That said Mr runnels is amazing and has an amazing team in New Orleans. Building owners to private homes, they are the masters in this field.

Precision Metal polished and repainted an intricate old cast iron and brass Rembrandt bridge floor lamp for me and it looks fabulous! They developed a beautiful new color scheme for the lamp and then flawlessly applied the new colors. This lamp has many tiny detailed parts and they did an excellent job and did the work SO FAST. I highly recommend Precision Metal.

They did an excellent job polishing stainless steel hardware for our shutters. The pieces I had were straight from the forge, blackened and discolored. Precision Metal blasted, polished, and sealed over a dozen pieces for me. Now the hardware looks silver and new.

I had a fire and requested an estimate for polishing my silver flatware and other items. After missing their stated deadline for the proposal they then just sent a dollar amount. No written estimate for the insurance company a 1 sentence email. xxx dollars for your stuff. Thanks a lot!Locally owned is a lie. The address is his cousins auto body shop (who was a nice guy) and he told me the owner lives in Shreveport. I am suspect of these other posts.
