Ochsner Vision Center - Baptist

I lost a frame screw on my glasses and the lens fell out. I tried to repair it with my little eyeglass repair kit, but the screws in my kit didn't fit. Also, the screws are so tiny they're very tricky to work with. I wired the frame for a temporary fix and sought help from Ochsner Vision Center Baptist. Naomi took care of the problem in short order for no charge. She saved the day for me, and did it with a smile. Excellent customer service!

I was vacationing in New Orleans when I ripped a contact. I contacted Ochsner Vision Center desperate for a replacement. The help I received was top notch. Within minutes Kate K. and Giana had found my brand and prescription in stock (a huge stroke of luck, since my prescription is a very strong one that few keep in stock). These employees were extremely kind, resourceful, and efficient. They saved my vacation!

The employees were so nice, very professional and made you very comfortable when choosing your glasses! I love my glasses and they came in a timely manner! They're very reasonable and have cute designer frames for a low price! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service!
