I was there yesterday with my friend. There was a girl named Mallory that was extremely rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes a few times and not seem to care about her job at all.

I was vacationing in New Orleans when I ripped a contact. I contacted Ochsner Vision Center desperate for a replacement. The help I received was top notch. Within minutes Kate K. and Giana had found my brand and prescription in stock (a huge stroke of luck, since my prescription is a very strong one that few keep in stock). These employees were extremely kind, resourceful, and efficient. They saved my vacation!

The employees were so nice, very professional and made you very comfortable when choosing your glasses! I love my glasses and they came in a timely manner! They're very reasonable and have cute designer frames for a low price! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service!
