Greatly appreciate the NOLA Automotive team! My service rep, Stacie Smith, went above and beyond to help me out of a time sensitive jam… I had a wheel with three areas of damage, which she worked to have repaired and the turnaround was only 48 hours. My rim looks new! Highly recommend..Thank you!

I never leave reviews but I feel this is necessary. I'm not even going to get into the runaround that this place gave me because I'll give them the benefit of the doubt-- maybe I misunderstood something. I ended up going to a different mechanic and my truck left this place more broken than it arrived. They lost my engine oil dipstick and broke my hood release latch.

Couldn't quote me a est wanted vin couldn't wait for me to walk outside to get it wanted insurance but couldn't wait on phone for me to get it ? impatient ... and as you can see ride as well they are to busy to help on phone they are to busy to help you once your car is on their clutches it probably will sit in their parking lot For weeks and they will be to busy to tell you when they will work on it
