She helped us choose the perfect carpeting and rugs for our condo—her taste, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results! I just had Modern Flooring replace the carpeting on my stairs. The entire process was a dream. I was very busy and could not get to the showroom to pick out the carpet, so Barbara sent me email addresses of some places to look for carpet. I sent her several choices and when she came to measure, she brought physical samples for me to see and touch. I selected a lovely carpet. Next step, the installer, Yasah, came to measure. He immediately commented that the last carpet installer had not known what they were doing! He returned in two days with the carpet with the edges beautifully finished and installed it. He was amazing. I immediately noted the deficiencies, short cuts and really terrible job by the first installer. The carpet is beautiful, the installation very professional and beautifully finished. I couldn't be more pleased. Check these guys out - they will take great care of you!

A good experience from the start. Barbara was very professional. She has been doing this a while and it is obvious in that she was very helpful in the designing phase as well as patient with us in our decision making process. The installers were professional as well - polite and kind, respectful of our home (kept our property clean), our time, and my concerns-they wanted us to be happy with the work they did and we are.

Modern flooring came to the job site and were very professional. They completed a stair runner that another company did not complete. They worked with me on the time frame on the concept and made it easy to choose them for the job. They have since done multiple floor and stairway carpeting jobs. I would recommend them.
