Took in three items to have dry cleaned. One item, a velvet shirt, has all kinds of big spots on it. Didn't notice before as the front of blouse looks fine. The back, however, has big round spots on it that don't seem like they will come out. I have no idea what they are. The shirt is ruined. The old man who checked in my items and returned to me was apathetic and not friendly. I will never return there.

Brought in ten items and only got nine back. I had to call repeatedly to locate my lost item, each time being told that they would call me back with more information, which they never did.After a total of seven months, they sent me a check in the mail, which did not cover the cost of the item. Of the items I did receive back, one coat had visible stretch/strain marks across the back, another coat had a rip in the lining.They did great with my blouses though.

This place is expensive and they do not always get the job done. I took in a dress and jacket and when I picked them up they still smelled like they had not been washed. When I brought them back to explain they did "clean" them again at no charge, but they still smell as if they've never been clean. There are much better much cheaper places in Metairie.
