I happened to be in the area and stopped in because the adjustable strap on the back of one of my favorite hats had come loose. I don't live nearby, so I really didn't want to leave it and have to make a special trip back just to pick up a hat.

They explained that repairs like this are normally ready in a few days, which I completely understood. After I told them I didn't live in the area, they were incredibly kind and worked me into their schedule. They repaired my hat while I waited, and in about five minutes it was good as new!

Everyone was so friendly, the price was very reasonable, and I walked out wearing my favorite hat again. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond, and I highly recommend Lakeview Cleaners!“
