“We got locked out of our condo at 9pm during bad weather (with our Golden Retriever) - tornado watches and such. Assumed the humidty affected our keypad - with no lock or keyhole to pick to get in. Larry showed up within 15 minutes and made sure he tried everything before having to destroy the lock (which was another Locksmith's first suggestion). He got us in without any damage to the lock and popping the door open unbelievably! I see people are complaining about price - we did ask first and it was actually less than others were quoting.
