“I called on Dec 28 with a request for help with a for a door lock and handle that was no longer functioning. They originally scheduled me of the next day, but a cancellation occurred and they fit me in on the same day. Professional service, helpful, and had what I needed. They gave me advice on a direction in which I will have a complete resolution to my issue with my old (20 year) lock and door handle. They are obviously more expensive than a "do it yourself", but I believe you are paying for their expertise, and they are very good at what they do. Worth every penny. I will use them again if needed.“
