Thought I would get a quick pedicure while I had a little break from work only to find the place was closed during the hours Google says it would be opened. How unfortunate. Was really looking forward to giving this place a shot.

Called and asked if they could accept a mani pedi walk in today and was told they don't accept appointments and to come in. I asked for an approximate wait time and was told they can't provide one. I waited for the rain the clear and walked over to the nail salon about an hour later at 2 PM on a Saturday. The door was locked and I knocked as instructed by the sign by the door. The employee looked at me for a minute before begrudgingly walking over to open the door and telling me that they were closed for the day. There were only opening hours on the door and they removed the closing hours so I guess they close whenever they feel like it? Would have been nice for the person who I spoke with over the phone to tell me that they were closing soon.

Update: switched over to acrylic layer over my own nails this time. Simple French design this time along with a pedi.Nice, clean salon, conveniently located. They did a good job on my SNS nails and a pedicure.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible waste of time. Not only do they lie about the wait times, but they treat you with absolute disregard and are completely unapologetic. You spend most of your time and money on waiting…Perhaps they are understaffed, so you can tell that they really rush towards the end of the shift, leaving unsatisfied clients. Service does not match up to price AT ALL. Honestly still shookService: Pedicures

I went in on yesterday attempting to support this business since it is close to my home. I hadn't been to since before Covid. Upon entering, I was asked what service(s) I desired? Dip nails and a pedicure was my intention. Once at the table with the owner, she asked if I was allergic to acrylic? I was quite sadden by her next comment. She told me "dip" was for people allergic to "acrylic". When she saw the look of disbelief in my eyes as I also stated to her that DIP isn't just for people with an allergy to ACRYLIC, she said, "let me explain". No explanation was needed. I rely on correct information from masters in whatever profession they are in. If it's your opinion that one process will be better over another, please be transparent and speak it as so. Honesty is the best policy. It builds trust and relationships which in turn builds BUSINESS.
