I purchased hair in July did not receive it until the end of August. I finally put it in October and the hair is hard and brittle and shedding like a dog. I’ve washed it conditioned it and it’s bad. I leave a trail of hair wherever I go. I will never ever shop with you all again. I got a 4 bundle deal.

If I could give this a negative review I would. I have been ordering hair from this company for almost 10 years. I spent almost $300 on three bundles of hair. My hairdresser installed the hair she went to curl it and it melted. This is not human hair. I don’t know what happened to this company, but it is not the same hair that I used to get. It would be great if someone would answer the phone and speak to me. I guess the only thing I can do now is go to TikTok, Facebook, and any other social media or news platforms that I can find my birthday is in 18 days. And I’m having a huge party and now I have to figure out what hair I can buy somewhere else. Do not buy this non human hair

I have been a loyal customer of Lace Exclusive for over 10 years, and I have always trusted their quality, until now. This is the first time I have ever received a product that was completely unusable, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. I placed my order on October 2nd specifically for a professional installation ahead of my birthday. Despite my previous purchases, this order took nearly three weeks to be shipped, which was already a concerning delay.
However, the real issue began when I took the hair to my professional stylist for the install. Because I am not a hair extension expert, I rely entirely on the vendor's reputation, and I had no way of knowing the hair was synthetic just by looking at it. My stylist began the curling process, and the hair immediately started to melt, a clear indicator that the product I received was cheap, synthetic fiber, not the high-quality human hair I had ordered and paid for. This ruined my entire plan and expectations for my birthday. I trusted Lace Exclusive, and that trust was completely misplaced.
To add insult to injury, I have been trying to contact the company immediately after this disastrous install, and no one is answering my calls or emails. There is zero customer service response. After a decade of repeat business, I have never been so upset with a hair purchase. This is unacceptable quality and atrocious customer support. I strongly advise new customers to be wary.

I placed an order August 14 it’s now September 13 . I emailed, called and messaged on instagram ! The message was “seen” with no response . Terrible customer service. I think customers would respect if the business stated they’re no longer in service or if there was an expected delay ( considering this is not the first review saying they never received their order)…but nothing . Unprofessional ! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
