Haven't been back since the man working on my nails literally ripped each individual powder nail off of my fingers then proceeded to berate me for shaking while he painted my nails. I left with no polish and paid for the removal "torture."

if i could give ZERO stars i would. Absolutely the worst nail salon. Made an appointment, showed up and they "didn't have it scheduled". Gave them my number so they could call me when a chair was available, after waiting 40 minutes, i returned and they said they called me 3 times and i didn't answer. THEIR PHONE WAS NOT WORKING. I had no missed calls and wasted an hour sitting in the parking lot.

Do not go here! Their work is poor quality, they have an extremely long wait over 1hr 15 mins no matter whatever time you go, and they are liars. I went here yesterday (the day before my birthday). I want a dip set manicure, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. I signed in at 5:53. They had 3 ppl ahead of me. The owner who serviced me didn’t start on me til 7. As she started I asked her how much was a refill for the dip and she said $42 so I changed my mind and decided to just get polish as my nails are healthy and long. We she took that and ran with it.
