I’ve been here a few times and the location is definitely a plus—very convenient for me and right on Magazine Street, which I love. The space itself is clean, nicely set up, and I appreciate the massage chairs—it makes the experience more relaxing.
That said, I’ve had recurring issues with the nail service. On more than one visit, my polish had to be redone multiple times because the initial application wasn’t done properly. Another manicurist had to step in and redo everything, which added quite a bit of extra time. I do appreciate that they fix it, but consistency has been a concern for me.

I’ve never had a bad experience, love my service every time. I’m always in and out, the prices are fair. If there’s something wrong or you don’t like something they will accommodate you. Great place. Best part they offer all dazzle dry colors and will do gel-x. I love a modern nail shop that offers all services for a good price.
