The lady answering the phone is by far the rudest person I've ever spoken with. She disregards being polite and courteous and puts you on hold without notice. Furthermore,I was advised that I would receive a follow-up on my refund and that never happened.I will never visit this place again! The customer service sucks and the slogans are all misleading..
