One of my heels broke the night before my cousins wedding. Came in here and he fixed them immediately! Was in there for all of 10 minutes and my shoes are good as new.

I brought some beloved Chelsea boots to be resoled here. Other places would not even consider doing the work. My boots were resoled in a couple of days and they are beautiful. Very expertly done! I got some shoes re-glued and polished and they look amazing. I also had a book bag that was in bad need of repair. Garden District Shoe did a great job and my book bag is better that the original.
This is one of the few cobblers in New Orleans and I can highly recommend them.

Honest, fast, and great communication! Dropped my boots off at 10am and they were ready by 5pm. Texted me when they were done and even waited for me to pick them up. Also gave me honest advice about another pair that wasn’t worth repairing. Couldn’t be happier!

A great shop. Boots needed completely new heels and they were ready in 1 day. Such a reasonable price (under $50). The owner was so kind and taught me how to fix another pair of shoes I have. Please give him a visit and get your shoes repaired. Right next to cafe Abyssinia on magazine.
