I took this class to slowly get myself back into working out. WOW!! More than expected, Genevieve was remarkable in her lead and has such a soothing voice to follow. I was so relaxed when I left that I slept like a baby that night. The studio is wonderful and she definitely left me with the desire to come back and take another of her classes. I hadn't worked out in awhile and decided to go in that night. I'm glad I did, I realized how much I needed those stretches till after her class. Highly recommended 👌
Truly - this was one of the best classes I have been too. I have done a lot of yoga and sound bath in various destinations and that combination is brilliant.. that sound bath last night was one of the best I have ever experienced. I was able to fully elevate and transcend into another universe. Highly recommended if you’re a local or visiting like myself to attend a class/ classes.
Started off 2026 with an amazing practice with Zoe. It was a lil bit toasty and a lil steamy~ exactly what I needed. Her breathwork was just right. I was a really good class. The space was beautiful and the staff was welcoming. I will definitely be back. Shout to my friend, Jamie who encouraged me to join her.
