Best eye care experience I have had in years! The staff are sweet & efficient, and Dr. Jackson provided a lot of important eye health information that my previous dr never explained. This will absolutely be our new family eye care place

Customer service was great. Passing it along for others like myself looking for an eye doctor, they stop appointments at 2:45pm which for me means scheduling PTO or calling out sick from work.

These people are amazing! Everytime I've gone in they went above and beyond, a simple repair or replacement. Everyone is super friendly. I changed my insurance so i can go back for my next pair!

Overall the staff is great but I had an appointment months ago and have not been able to get back in. My vision is definitely getting worst. For a person who has a career or job with little to no flexibility being able to come in on a day based on if another client cancels is not realistic. I got trial prescription for contacts and left a voicemail that they were not suitable and I never got a call back.

I have been here three times and I recommend Eyes on Canal highly. Dr. Jackson is both very professional and personable. What I especially like about her is her ability to explain complicated eye-related issues in very general layperson's terms. If you are looking for an optometrist in New Orleans, this is your place!

They were very nice and professional. They got everything: glasses and contacts done quickly. Recommend them as a Deaf person.

We were in New Orleans for a three day work visit without our contact lenses. In no time at all, Ashley was able to help us and get us our lenses. Fast, courteous, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.

Couldn’t find any eye place that accepts my insurance They did. There was a waitlist but as promised I got a call back when someone canceled. Appt went well. Nice staff. All with smiles. Had a great selection of glasses frames. And everyone was super sweet. Easy process.

Outstandingly friendly, fast / hardworking, and easy vision center.Unfortunately, they misquoted my copay for my contact lense fitting and I ended up paying double what I was told. On the phone they said it would be a $40 copay and I was okay with that because my HRA could cover it.During my visit I told the front desk and the technician that I was only doing the $40 fitting because I could use my HRA to cover it. It wasn't until I was checking out that I learned it would be $85 for the "premium" contact fitting because I have astigmatism that they corrected for.No one stopped to tell me I would be paying more than double what I expected or that paying that amount for a contact fitting was a possibility. This vision center needs to change their practices so that the prices they quote people are accurate. 33% of people have astigmatism, that means this practice falsely quotes at least 33% of their patients who use contacts.
