“We’ve been using X-Ray Cleaners for a few years. We’ve had bedding and clothes dry-cleaned, and shirts laundered and starched. Recently they lost one of my husband’s shirts. The owner went to the same men’s clothing store where it was originally purchased and bought two different colored shirts to give my husband a choice. (He returned the other one.) This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were deeply appreciative because he was so professional and responsive. This was the only time we have ever had a problem, and the way he handled rectifying the issue just cemented our loyalty to this small business owner.“

“*So this was a 4.5 star experience but I'd rather round up than down :) It looks like it's been six years (wth) since the last review so I'd like to let everyone know I have officially found my new neighborhood cleaner! I am so damn happy with the way all of my clothing came back. It was not only done in a timely manner with a two-day turnaround, but everything was spot on! This neighborhood cleaner is adjacent to French Truck in a white building so you can easily get your coffee and errands done in a jiffy. The pricing here was PHE-NOM-EN-AL. I'm seriously mad at myself how much I was spending at a different location uptown. The staff and everyone here was super friendly and my delicate/dry-clean only items all came back in amazing condition. They even removed some deodorant marks from a silk shirt at no extra cost.“

“I come here for most of my alterations and dry cleaning. Owner is super sweet and always come through on time when you need it. Also, if she can't do the job or thinks that something might get messed up, she will let you know before taking it. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. I wish she could do all alterations, but other than that I love coming here and never had an issue.“
