Mr. Holt is excellent at what he does. He arrived early at our property and had already begun upon our arrival. He was thorough in his inspection literally starting at the very top of the property to venturing into the crawl space. He would take time and answer any questions we had while in the midst of the inspection and gave his expert insight on all aspects of our new home. If you are looking for a true professional Dave Holt Home Inspections is the right choice.
