After thinking I was receiving the discounts for my storm shutters and windows for 3 years, I find out that I need a Wind Mitigation Survey before the insurance company would give me the discounts I thought I was already getting. I called 21st Century Home Inspections and less than 24 hours later, my home was inspected and a Wind Mitigation Survey was complete. Thank you so much.

I am a realtor in the New Orleans area and I have been working with Marc and his wife Sherrill with 21st Century Home Inspections for the last 6 years. I find them to be a great team and that they conduct a very thorough inspection.I really like the system that they have in place where Marc inspects the property and dictates notes to Sherrill through his Bluetooth headset. I think this allows him to focus on the task at hand and nothing gets missed by having to remember notes or stop and write things down.
