Today was the day! I had no idea what to expect at CrossFit NOLA. I have to say I am quite pleased with the experience. The workouts were well demonstrated, and my need for adaptations were definitely incorporated. Thank you, Jeff and Carl for the pointers and encouragement throughout the journey. I hope to visit again soon. ?

Great class and incredibly smooth drop in process. Filled out the info online and Coach Ben was expecting us when we walked in and guided us through an awesome class and workout. Great vibes, good people and fun fitness. Will definitely be back

I have REALLY big feelings about this gym.
I took a break for a while and have recently been easing my way back and the coaches (Jeff and Monique) have been so so so great and supportive. No matter how nervous or self-conscious I've been about whatever is bothering me at any time, I always feel welcome and like I belong (which is like being invited to a party and being accepted/appreciated as you are, instead of just being included which is more like being invited and then spending the night hanging out next to the cake playing games with the dog) and this is not a feeling you get just anywhere.
