They took good care of me and the hygienist made sure to thoroughly clean, floss and remove plaque from all of my teeth. When I left my mouth felt minty clean and refresh. The people were very friendly and attentive.

I love love love them soooo much . Always available when my child has an emergency, very informative, and feels like a big family. My child has been apart of concord dental since 1 year old.

Wonderful first visit. The ladies are all very nice and the offices are beautiful. The equipment is up to date too. Both of my dental insurances were taken and they offer gas for those of us scarred by the dentists of our childhoods. Check them out if you need a dentist.

Concord Dental was superb! The hygienist and total staff were so friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend Concord Dental in Algiers to anyone but, I would also like to add that the Doctor, along with the office staff, explained everything in detail to me. I can’t imagine going to any other place for my dental care! Just would like to add that, I had another visit to Concord Family Dental again today. Well, needless to say, it was another pleasurable visit. It’s so nice to leave a dentist’s office and feel so great! Looking for a wonderful dental visit? You MUST visit Concord Family Dental!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office today. I had a 10 AM appointment that I scheduled six months in advance and fully intended to keep. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning the night before and was up sick all night. As soon as the office opened at 8 AM, I called to cancel. Instead of any understanding, Brittany told me I would be charged a fee unless I rescheduled within 24 hours. I understand having cancellation policies, but there should be reasonable flexibility for actual illness, especially when a patient calls as soon as the office opens. Situations like food poisoning are completely unpredictable. After being a patient who has always shown up for appointments, this felt extremely unreasonable and honestly more focused on fees than patient care. This experience left a very bad impression.
Also if you’re going to implement a cancellation policy that comes with a fee, a courtesy email should be sent to all current patients regarding the new policy and a notification should be placed on the website.
