My family loves this place, my husband, mother and also my goes here. They’re helpful, quick, and if you have any help problems they can help heal you and give you the right medication for your problems. They also help me mother get a free here and aids and help her with lowering her sugar and keeping it down. Thank Common Ground for keeping us healthy.

I love the clinic. Dr Hope is caring, understanding, and Knowledgeable. The Staff knows my name when I walk through the door. You don't feel rushed when you are talking to the doctor or dealing with the staff. You don't have to wait long to be seen. I've been going to Common Ground for more than 12 years now and not looking for anything else. P.S. they need a new picture on Yelp. The picture is from the old location.

The receptionist or medical assistant or medicals billing rep, Don't really know what her true title besides she checks you out once your finish with the doctor, Her name is Ms. Jeanine I believe, middle age lighter skin black Lady with short hair very unprofessional at times and always on her phone on personal calls being messy instead of doing her job. She did the same thing when she was at the common ground health clinic. Don't know why Dr.paul Ikemire allow this energy to come to this office too.

I Do NOT recommend this clinic! Went 7 days ago with pain and difficulty urinating. After giving a urine sample they informed me it was normal. Then TWO days after, right before they closed I received a call that they "mixed up" the lab. I went back to give another sample just to have to wait over the weekend for results. They gave me a steroid shot and sent me home. Meanwhile I ended up in the ER and now waiting for surgery. I feel this could have been prevented if the infection were treated last week. You should feel confident a clinic could at least diagnose an infection. I'm so upset. I can't figure out how to rate a negative Star.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was treated like I was stupid! The staff was HORRIBLE! They were very disrespectful and incompetent! First, they argued with me about my insurance coverage! One of the ladies my insurance was only good for vision. THEN she decided I was stupid and didn’t know what vision meant!
