Dr. Glaudi explained the procedure and was patient with questions and very knowledgeable. She is very concerned with pain management and made sure I was numb before starting. She is gentle and precise. Very professional. Will be getting more treatments soon!

Absolutely the most gentle & sweetest she makes me feel comfortable every time I visit this office for Botox and filler. She always makes sure you are numb to she will check to make sure you are good before sticking needles in your face and lips. She’s very reasonable on prices also and in a cute little office that’s super cozy. I always get in for appointments when I call as well I never have to wait weeks.

The girl that is responsible for scheduling appointments is here and there. She is very nice but she often does not answer or return phone calls or text messages. With that being said, when you do have the opportunity to schedule and go to Dr. Susan you will learn that she is very good at what she does.Another big pro is they use the aspire app which is wonderful & really makes the services affordable. Dr. Susan is a solid doctor, for sure recommended. There are a lot of negative reviews associated with Bonus Image Aesthetics but I can’t understand why (unless it is for scheduling complaints, which we have already discussed herein) I have been more than a handful... read full review
