When I decided to give BXF a try, I was at a point in my life where I really needed an outlet that made me feel good. A place where I could push myself a bit, shut everything else off, and also treat myself to something I had never done before. Ford really delivered for me. I looked forward to every session, not just because I was seeing results, but also because I enjoyed Ford’s company. The only reason I ended my membership, was because I moved away. Highly recommend! Cam was my personal trainer here & I really had a great time training with him. He taught me all the tools I needed to take with me to the gym, & I ended up staying longer than I originally planned just because I liked training with him so much!
