I took my 17 year old dog to be put out of pain. Everyone was so caring. Gave us all the time we needed. Heard stories about my little ween. When he came back when heavens pet I went to pick him up. The girl carried him like he was a precious thing. Handed to me like she understood my pain. Completely different from my last encounter 2 years ago. Thank you so much. My dogs meant the world to me. I'm happy with their csre!!!

These vets were awesome. About 6 weeks ago, my dog needed an urgent visit, and my regular vet told me, at 8 am, they were closing early that day, so take her to a large emergency vet. We called Batt, right down the street from my husband's job, and without hesitation, and without knowing my dog, we brought her right in. Sadly, we had to let her go 6 weeks later. She was 14ish (she was a stray). But they gave us time to come to terms with it. And when it was time to bring her in, we called from the parking lot, we were ushered into a private room, eventing was explained, and we were given privacy to say our good bytes. All of the veterinarians here are professional, kind and patient. They listen and address all of my concerns. My dogs have never left without a resolution to their issues. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Prices are affordable.
