Balance is my peaceful oasis in the city! Wonderful cozy space, skilled instructors and nice variety of classes. I love to listen to the bamboo outside the window during Savasana 😌
Skip the crowded downtown studios, Balance is truly a special place where you'll feel at home.
I've never gone to yoga classes where they teach alignment so well. Turns out I was doing a lot of yoga poses incorrectly, which could have led to injuries. The instructors here walk around the room and adjust you, AND they teach you how to align correctly, to begin with. I still use what I've learned at Balance even when I'm doing yoga at home.
